These lots are all pull-thru and are plenty large to fit any size RV (40' x 70'). Very, very easy access: all roads in the park are 30' wide. These sites are available for RVs, pop-up campers, and tents. All lots provide beautiful views of the prairie sunrises and sunsets. There are dedicated asphalt parking spaces for 2 vehicles. Our newly-built community building provides laundry and shower facilities as well as common areas. Join us for community activities: movie nights, lawn games, potlucks, etc. And enjoy all the activities that the local town of Burlington (5 minutes away) has to offer. You will want to check out the beautiful historic carousel, golf course, restaurants, and parks.

Pets are allowed within the parameters of Park Pet Rules and with management approval.

These lots are available for month-to-month reservations only (week-to-week available for project workers). They are the best of the best, chosen specifically for our extended stay guests who wish to enjoy the RV Living Experience. Each space is quite large (40' W x 70' L), giving you a little extra room, and is backed by a huge row of western Cedar trees, offering extra privacy and a wind block. The lots are available year-round.

Come enjoy the beautiful sounds of the local songbirds. See the incredible prairie sunrises and sunsets. Help us create a community of like-minded RV enthusiasts by socializing at the community building or joining in on our activities: potlucks, movie nights, lawn games, and competitions. The Park property sits on 36 acres in rural eastern Colorado, yet it’s only 5 minutes from Burlington. So enjoy a stroll around the property or venture into town. Try out the RV Living Experience and stay in one of our campers, available year-round. There is a one-month minimum stay, but we would love to have you stay longer! (Week-to-week is available for project workers.) Each camper comes fully furnished, much like a vacation home rental. Just bring yourself, your clothing, and your personal effects. Sorry, no pets! We have reserved the best lots in the Park for these types of stays. Choose from our Viewfinder RV or Outback RV.
